  • Authors will be notified of the decision (acceptance) by first week of January 2020.

Abstract - Poster Presentation

Poster Set Up

  • Posters need to be set up on Saturday January 11 th 2020, prior to the first morning tea/coffee break. A team of volunteers will be available to help with setting up the posters in the correct location at QNCC Exhibition hall. Please indicate your email address on your poster in order to facilitate communication with you further discussion or networking. 
  • The organizing committee will review your poster; when fit with the conference themes, the presenter will be notified by email and a number will be assigned to your poster and shared with you.

Abstract Structure

  • All abstracts should be in English
  • Abstract submitters should send their short Biography showing their Full name, affiliation, and  country.  Poster presenter biography and profile picture will show in the Conference Book.
  • Please provide a descriptive title in Bold.
  • Name of presenting Author and co-authors if any, together with their affiliated organization, should be indicated on the poster.
  • Body of the abstract should be in a structured paragraph format: introduction, aim, methods, results and conclusion.
  • Poster size: Posters should be made in portrait orientation, maximum size (120 cm high, 81 cm wide). Each poster will be allocated a display number.

Abstract submission deadline is set at December 25th.

  • Setting up and removing the poster by the end of conference is the responsibility of the presenter.
  • Early career award:  Prize nominations will be awarded for the best poster presentation.
  • Abstracts of Case reports, functional testing, biomedical research, epidemiology, Health care modalities, primary health care, public health awareness, Genetic counseling, physiotherapy, management and treatment in relation to congenital muscular dystrophy, myopathies or neuromuscular disorders are welcome.
