Registrar
Keeps student academic records, coordinates course enrollment and registration, manages the student information system and assists students in a myriad of tasks. Responsible for providing registration support to the Pre-Medical and Medical Programs, including scheduling, preparation of grade reports, maintenance of the student records and student policy database and statistical reporting.

Assistant Registrar
Under the supervision of the Registrar, responsible for the academic and administrative management of the Pre-medical Program including scheduling, preparation of grade reports, maintenance of the student records and student policy database and statistical reporting. Responsible for the development, implementation and maintenance of a new Registrar's system and all technology related functions for the Office of the Registrar, including databases and web pages.

Staff Secretary
Provides secretarial & administrative support for the registrar including keeping updated computerized records, drafting different kinds of documentation, maintaining files, responding to queries, arranging for meetings and travel logistics.
