The purpose of the clinical rotation in Cardiology is to become familiar with various aspects of the patient with cardiovascular disorders. Basic scientific and clinical aspects will be stressed. Electrocardiographic interpretation will be emphasized. Opportunity is given to observe various diagnostic and therapeutic procedures. Where appropriate, active participation in patient care will be encouraged. Outpatient cardiology experience will complement the inpatient exposure
