Fall - 4 credits
This course is designed to build a solid foundation in chemical knowledge that allows for both qualitative and quantitative inquiries into topics like nomenclature, chemical equations, stoichiometry, electromagnetic radiation, chemical bonding, molecular structure, solution properties, kinetics, equilibrium, thermodynamics, and electrochemistry.
NOTE: This course includes both lecture and lab components.
