This four-week elective involves inpatient Pulmonary consultation and Outpatient patient Pulmonary clinic. There are didactic lectures, conferences and multidisciplinary rounds that the students must attend. Evaluation is based on supervising faculty feedback. Objectives during the elective include, mastering History and Physical Examination in Pulmonary system; management of common pulmonary problems; interpretation of lab test radiography and other modalities of pulmonary testing procedures such as ABG’s and Thoracentesis.
