Conference registration is open. Register now to receive special conference rates for hotel accommodations and travel to Doha.

The Ritz Carlton is the official hotel for the conference and is providing a special rate on rooms and services, valid for stays the nights of March 10-16, 2011, to XVII DALM Conference registrants.

Rates: QR 750 (US $206.04) per night Single/QR 800 (US $219.78) per night Double, including buffet breakfast and Internet access. A 17% service charge is also applicable.

Conference registrants will receive a special code to be used at the Ritz Carlton reservation website.

The Conference room block will be held until February 1, 2011. Please note that the Conference room block is limited and may fill before the deadline. After February 1, 2011, hotel reservations can be made at the discounted rate, subject to room availability. The DALM Symposium takes place during a very busy time in Qatar, and attendees are encouraged to make hotel reservations as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.

Airport meet-and–greet services, local ground transportation, currency exchange, and—if you contact the hotel in advance—visa arrangements are available through the Ritz Carlton (click here for more information on applying for a visa through the Ritz Carlton).

You may also consider the following alternate hotel options if the Ritz Carlton is fully booked: Intercontinental Doha, Grand Hyatt Doha, Four Seasons, Marriott, Movenpick and Millennium Hotel Doha.
