Medical School Credentialing

The turnaround time for all document requests is an average of 2-3 business days. Below is a list and a summary of each document.

Current Students Requests

No Objection Letter
Students applying for governmental and official documents in Qatar may need a "No Objection" letter from the college.

Enrollment Verification Letter
Enrollment verification letters are letters stating the class level, expected graduation year and status of good standing for a student. These letters can be issued in English and/or Arabic. A student may also request the letter to be stamped by Qatar Foundation (QF) for further official processing. The turnaround time for requests without a QF stamp is an average of 2-3 business days and with a QF stamp is 7-10 business days. The Office of the Registrar will notify the student by email when the letter is ready.

GPA Letter
GPA letters are generated to help registered students apply to different scholarship programs. As a medical college we do not have a formal GPA and our courses’ grading system is based on pass and fail.

Immunization Verification Letter
Use this option to request a letter verifying your immunization status as per your record.

Transcript Release
Students may request their official transcripts to be sent directly to a recipient by submitting the request here. Students may also request an "unofficial" transcript for their personal records. Transcripts cannot be faxed.

The Office of the Registrar will not release transcripts for students whose status is on "hold".

Examples of reasons for a hold include:

  • Financial: student has outstanding balance at QF Finance.
  • Library: student has overdue library book/item.
  • Immunization: student has not completed the WCM-Q immunization requirement.
  • ITS: student has not returned items to the IT department.
