Weill Cornell Medicine-Qatar activities has been planned and implemented in accordance with the accreditation requirements and policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) through the joint providership of Weill Cornell Medical College and Weill Cornell Medicine-Qatar. Weill Cornell Medical College is accredited by the ACCME to provide continuing medical education for physicians.
All applicants are expected to familiarize themselves with Weill Cornell’s Continuing Medical Education Guidelines and Policies as well as the ACCME ”Essentials” for CME activities. Additional documents may be required by the CME committee. These are outlined in the application form and guidelines.

In November 2014, WCM-Q was accredited as a provider of Continuing Medical Education (CME) and Continuing Professional Development (CPD) by the Qatar Council for Healthcare Practitioners (QCHP) of the Supreme Council of Health.
