Marina Dodigovic is a Visiting Assistant Professor in the Pre-medical Program at WCMCQ, where she teaches English as a second language. She has a PhD in Computer Assisted Language Learning from the University of Bremen, in addition to an MA in English and a BA in Language Education. Her teaching career at tertiary level spans almost two decades and includes English as a second language, writing, linguistics as well as English teacher training. She has been in the Gulf since January 2002.
A winner of several international young scholars awards and a number of research grants, Dr Dodigovic has a keen interest in second language acquisition. Her most recent book is dedicated to the role of artificial intelligence is second language learning.
